Kyoto 2009, International Aikido Festival |
|
This event is being celebrated every two years, alternating Japan and the rest of the world. It’s a festival because it includes seminars, competitions and it foments the relations between the participants. The last festival was celebrated in Katsuura, south of Tokyo, Japan, in 2005. The next Festival will be celebrated on the 20th to the 23rd of September in Kyoto. It will be a unique and fantastic experience if you’re interested in Aikido. The Shodokan Aikido Spain promotes this participation to all clubs, associations or organizations as one full entity. The equipment can be attached with the name of any organization, but always respecting the design of it. Everyone is welcomed and is free to feel comfortable and integrated in the preparation and participation. More details in equipment. Thank you very much. Here is the official information about the International Festival of Aikido in Kyoto 2009.
